VersaWave® Technology

VersaWave® is the best engineered all-tissue laser and has the most reliable fiber-optic delivery system in the industry. The FlexLite® III is the lightest, longest, and most flexible fiber delivery system in laser dentistry. The new Perfect Balance® fiber support system is designed for zero handpiece resistance and complete freedom of movement. This Er:YAG all-tissue laser delivers a range of 3 to 50 pulses per second. The varied repetition rate is just one of the unique features that help optimize VersaWave® for a wide variety of procedures. VersaWave® has a maximum energy output of over 400 millijoules per pulse, more than any other fiber-delivered dental laser with a maximum average power level of over eight watts. Also unique to VersaWave® is TrueTest® external calibration which guarantees that output at the handpiece remains consistent throughout the procedure. VersaWave® Hard and Soft Tissue thin curved design tips offer the dentist clear views and optimal access.

For hard, soft, or osseous tissue procedures, VersaWave® provides the versatility, dependability, and state-of-the-art technology that allows for a full range of procedures and increased patient comfort. The high-quality design produces minimal noise, and improved patient comfort during laser dentistry procedures.

What VersaWave® Laser Dentistry Can Do for Your Practice

HOYA ConBio® laser dentistry technology is world renowned for its effectiveness, reliability, and ability to provide a rapid return on investment. With VersaWave®, a dental practice can easily distinguish itself from practices without laser dentistry by performing a wider range of procedures creating a positive experience for the dentist, practice, and the patient.

VersaWave® Hard and Soft Tissue Tips

brochure_versawave-accessorproduct-versawave-tipsThere is little tactile feedback with laser dentistry because a beam of light is doing the work. This is in stark contrast to a traditional drill. The tips offered by HOYA ConBio® maximize your ability to work quickly and precisely. Visibility is increased with a patented, thin curved design which emits the water spray right at the target, eliminating overspray. This is especially helpful when working with a mirror on the upper arch.

Tips Data Sheet

A right angle handpiece sleeve is also offered when access in the posterior is especially important. These accessories are combined with the Perfect Balance® Fiber Support System to provide you with a zero-resistance handpiece, allowing you to use it without effort all day long.
